March 10, 2005 - Bibliography database version 0.2.6 released.
bdb is a Bibliography DataBase. It is written in PHP and requires MySQL, web server and web browser. bdb can work under Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, MacOS, OS/2, etc. The database was originally created to manage scientific literature, now it supports other literature as well.
The advantage of the bdb is a web interface, which can be very flexible. With bdb one can easily add items to the database, search for information in the database and generate reports.
Base Requirements. In order to setup bdb the folowing prerequisits are necessary. A Linux Box installed and working properly; Apache Web Server; PHP3, PHP4 or PHP5 (mod_php) Apache module; MySQL database server.
